It is with g?reat pleasure that I present our Annual Report for the year endingi March 2024.
I'his has been an incredibly busy and productive year for our youth club, thanks to the
dedicated volunteers, committee members, and the youth club members themselves, who
have coordinated a wide variety ot- activities within our rural Youth Centre.
Junior Youth C'lub
Our.lunior Youih Club conlinues lo thrive, meeting every Monday evening from 6..30 pm 10
7:30 pm. We are proud to hav¢ 29 youth club members who regularly attend. The range ot"
activities offered inLludes arts & crafts, t"ooiball, cookery, a 12-week youth project in
collaboration with Youth Action NI, and indoor giames. These activiti¢s otler our younbper
members both fun and educational experiences. allowings them to &Fro￿, and develop in a
supportive environment.
Senior Youth Club
The Senior Youth Club meets every Monday evening from 7..45 pm to 9,.00 pm. We have 23
scnior mcmbers who attend regularly. ActiN'itics include football, gamcs, and cookcry.
Additionally, our senior members are provided access to digital support, such as computers,
to as5iSt them with their homework, both duringi and after youth club hours. This service has
proven to be a valuable resource for the young people in our cominuNty.
Summer Programme 2023
In Summer 20?3, we had the privilege of collaboratin&y with Dennett InterLhangie to host a
week-long programmL of activities for primary School childien. A total of 51 children
participated in Ihe scheme. enjoying a range of activities such as football, cricket, arts &
cralls, games, cook¢ry, and a memorable outing lo Rosepark Fun Farni. Despile faci n8
challenbTes in securingi fundingF this year. we successfully fundraised the necessary funds to
deliver our annual summer scheme.
Funding and Support
Throughout the year, we have worked hard to secure a variety of funding streams, which
have been invaluable in supportin&i our work and ensurinLi the continued success of our Small.
rural charity. The frunds received have enablcd us to cnhance our services and provide much-
needed Tesources t.or our members. The funding we recei￿ed during the year includes:
April 2023 - Orsted Community Fund.. £5,000 towards a satety sportingF net for our
outdoor space.
June 2023 - NIHE Cohesion Unit: £2,150 for a family fun day.
Jul). 2023 - SSE Renewable Community Fund.. £1,000 towards a smart screen.
September 2023 - Halifax Foundation". £3,260 for centre running costs.
October 2023 - Good Relations DCSDC: £200 to￿ardS the Sperrin Youth Project.

Total Funding Secured: £11,610.00
