I have examined your Charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Charitie5 Aci and my
examination was carried out in accordance with the geneial directiorns given by the Charlty Commission
for Northern Ireland under section 6519llbl of the Charities ACL
My examination included a review of the attounting records kept by the Charity and a comparison of the

Policies reloting to the produrtion of the Accoun

The Accounts have been prepared on the receipts and payments basis, under the historical ¢05t
convention, and in accordance with The Charlties IAccounts and Reports) Regulations INorthern Irelandl
2015 whid) are applscable to the financial years of registered charities beginning on or after l January
2016 or their date of registratM)n with The Chartty Commission for Northern Ireland.
Goin8 Concern
The charitable attivities are entire￿ dependent on continuing grant aid and voluntary donations as well as
trading revenues. As a consequence, the 8oTrng concern basis is dependent on the future flow of these
uncertain fundlng Streams. Accordingly, the Trustees, after reviewing the financial forecasts for future
periods. are satIsf￿d that. at the time of approving the financial statements. it is appropriate to adopt
the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements. Other than these matters, the Tru5tee5
are not aware of any material uncertainites about the charity's abilrty to continue as a 8oin8 concern.
Fund Ac¢ountln8
Unrestritted funds are available for use at the discretion of the Tnjstees in fvrtherance of the general
obje￿iveS of the charity.
Restricted funds are Subjected to re5trirtions on their expenditure imposed by the donor or throu8h the
lerms of an appeal or as iMpl￿d by law.
Uabl1￿ to tsxatk>n
The Tru5tee5 consider that the tharity sati5fie5 the tests set out in Paragraph I Schedule 6 of the Finance
Act 2010 for UK corporation tax purposes. Accordin8ty, the Charrty is potentialty exempt from taxation in
respert of income or capital gains received.
Windln8 up or dlssolutlon ol the chartty
If upon winding up or dissolution of the charrty there remain any assets, after the satisfaction of all debts
and liabilities, the assets represented by the accumulated fund shall be transferred to some other
charitable body or bodles having simrlar obj.erts to the charity.
