JAMPA LING TTBETAN BUDDHIST CENTRE NORTHERN IRELAND TRUSTEES, ANNUAL REPORT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31st MARCH 2025 We have regard to the Charity Commission's Public Benefit requirement statutory guidance. ACCOUNTING AND REPORTING OF FINANCIAL POSITION 202&25 During the year the charity received donations amounting to £9,384 from various individuals and received interest of £1,165 as unrestrict¢d funds. A further donation of £43,000 was received in support of humanitarian projects in Mongolia, which was donated in full to our charity in Mongolia. The surplus for the year amounted to £9,630 (2024: surplus £9.878) which was added to the reserves brought forward of £66,146. This gave the charity a total carried forward fi)nds of £75,776. PUBLXC BENEFIT Jampa Ling Tibetan Centre (JLNI) is a small charity at present and was delighted to receive registration with the Charities Commission N. Ireland in September 2017. We continue to have several ways in which we contribute to our commitment to Public Benefit. We bear in mind in our report that in the year of 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 we found ourselves. in common with many in the Public Sector. unfortunately curtailed in our activities by the continuing of the global pandemic of Covid-19. Since that time, we have been endeavouring to return activities to nornial. Meditation classes open to all These are normally held weekly under the guidance of one of our members who has been fully trained in mindfulness and is a long-term student of Buddhism. Mindfulness is of great benefit to a wide range of people in the wider community, teaching us how to quieten our thoughts and be more peaceable in our daily lives. We also take time to wish for harniony, health, and happiness through all the world. Northern Ireland Inter-Faith Forum We have a representative who is a member of the Executive Committee of the Inter-Faith Forum and we totally support the Committee's aims and ambitions and help where possible with their events. Through this contribution we arc integrated into the wider community where we are willing to help in any way we can. Supporting Tibetan Refugee8 and the homeless We support charitable Activities for Tibetan Refugee Monks and for the homeless and those in desperate need in Mongolia where Tibetan Buddhism has strong connections.

Wc have faithful donors (see financial report) who continue to hclp and to whom we are indebted. Each year in Drepung Tibetan Monastery in exilc the monks, committee overseeing donations gives us a detailed report on wh¢re donations ar¢ being spent and lets us know if there are any specific needs. INDEPENDENT EXAMtNER'S REPORT TO THE TRUSTEES OF JAMPA LING TIBETAN BUDDIUST CKNTRE NORTHERN XRELAND- NIC 10582 I report on the accounts of the Trust for the year ended 31 March 2025, which are set out on pages 7 to8. Respective responsibilities of charity trustees and examiner As the charity's trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008. It is my responsibility to: examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Commission under section 65(9)(b) of the Charities Act state whether particular matters have come to my attention. Basis of independent examiner's report I have examined your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and my examination was carried out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under section 65(9)(b) of the Char3ties Act. My examination included a rcview of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with thos¢ records. It also includcd consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in thc accounts, and sceking explanations from you as charity trustees concerning any such matters. My role is to state whether any material matters have come to my attention giving me cause to believe: That accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 63 of the Charities Act That the accounts do not accord with those accounting records That the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of the Charities Act That there is further infomlation needed for a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
