**Purposes:** The aim of the Group is to relieve poverty, to advance education and to preserve and safeguard health; and in particular to provide in Granaghan and surrounding district in Co Derry ("the area of benefit") facilities in the interests of social welfare for education, recreation and leisure-time occupation of women who by reason of social or economic circumstances have need of such facilities.
