The trustees of The HSE Catherwood Family Charitable Trust are pleased to submit their report and

accounts for the period l January 2022 to 31 December 2022.
Purpose.
The trust's purpose is the provision of grants to UK registered charities who carry out their work in any part
of the world.
When issuing grants for the year the trustees have given careful consideration to the Charity Commission
for Northern Ireland's guldance on public benefit to ensure that the beneficiaries have helped to achieve
the charity's purposes and provide public benefit.
Beneficiary
Total donations of £ O were made in the period.
Flnancial Summary
Grants totalling £ O were made from total income of £11,560.31. This compares to £ 20,000 grants out of
£ 8,570.76 income in the previous period.
Retained funds increased from £ 36,569.66 at the end of 2021 to £ 48,129.97 this year end.
The trustees are satisfied with the investment's performance and the income it generates. There were no
costs incurred in the year.
