Basis of opinioll
OUT examination was carried out in accordance witli generAI Directions given by the Charity
Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by thc charity and a
omparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual
items or disclosurcs in the accounts. and seeking cxplanatiolls from thc trustccs concerning any such
matters. The pro¢¢dures undertaken do nol provide all ihe evidence that would be required in an audit,
and ¢onsequ¢ntly no opinion is given as to whetlier the accounts Present a 'true and fair, view and the
report is limited to those matters set out in the statement below.

In connection with our examination, no matter has come to our attention=
