**Purposes:** The "objects" for which the Charity is established are as follows:  1) The relief of sickness generally in Northern Ireland. 2) To advance education in and promote the study of research into arthroplasty and to disseminate the useful results of such study research. 3) In particular but, without limitation, the provision, maintenance, development and improvement of arthroplasty and other orthopaedic services and facilities for the benefit of the public in Musgrave Park Hospital (by whatever name that hospital is known).
