Normally weekly activities includes playing games, working for badges, completing crafts and participating in County challenges and raising money for charity. 

There was no harm flowing from Guiding purposes and there was no private benefit.

The Trustees wish to confirm that they have regard to the Commissioners Public Benefit requirements statutory Guidance. 

## **A review of the Charity’s financial position at the end of the year** 

There is a closing balance of £466.36 in the First Trust Bank
