The trustees present their Trustees, Annual Report, combining the Directors, Report and Trustees, Report, and the
unaudited financial statements for the financial year ended 31 March 2025.
The financial statements are prepared in accordance with the Companies Act 2006, FRS 102 "The Financial
Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and Accounting and Reporting by Charitie5'.
Slalement of Recommended Practice applicable to charities preparing their financial statements in accordance with
the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland {FRS 1021.
The Trustees, Report contains the information ￿qUired lo be provided in the Trustees, Annual Report under the
Statement of Recommended Practice ISORPI guidelines. The trustees of the company are also charity trustees for
the purpose of charity law and under the company's constitution are known as members of the board of trustees.
In this report the trustees of Trillick Enterprise Leisure Limited present a summary of ils purpose, governance,
activities. achievements and finances for the financial financial year 31 March 2025.
The company is a registered charity and hen￿ the report and results are presented in a form which complies with the
requirements of the Companies Act 2006 and. although not obliged to comply with the Statement of Recommended
Practice applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland FRS 102, the oryanisation has implemented ils
commendations where relevant in these financial statements.
Principal Activity
The company's objects are lo promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Trillick and surrounding district without
distinction of sex, race, political, religious or other opinion by associating the statutory authorities, voluntary
organisations and inhabilanls in a common effort to promote heallh and wellbeing and to provide facilities in the
interest of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation, with the object of improving the condib'ons for the
said inhabitants.
Mlsslon, Objectlves and Strategy
Mission Statement
The charity was established to improve the conditions of life and opportunities for the inhabitants of the Trillick and
surrounding areas. To achieve this object, the company aims to increase social interaction with both young and old.
increase in health and well-being - both physical and mental - increased awareness in the community about social
issues - decrease in anti- social behaviour- reduction in social isolation (especially older people).
Trillick Enterprise Leisure Limited is a registered charity with the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland Sin￿ 6
December 2016, under the registration number NIC 105717.
Objectives
The company's objectives are to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Trillick and surrounding district without
distinction of sex, race. political. religious or other opinion by associating the statutory authorities. voluntary
organisations and inhabitants in a common effi)rt to promote health and wellbeing and to provide facilities in the
interest of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation. wth the object of improving the conditions for the
said inhabitants.
Stru¢ture, Governan¢e and Management
Structure
Over the past year the trustees have met monthly to oversee all parts of the organisation. A ￿ntre manager,
appointed by the directors, manages the day to day operations of the charity and reports to them monthly or more
frequently if required. In accordance with the Articles of Association seven directors represent Trillick Enterprise
Leisure Limited and four others to represent the community at large.
Governance
The charitable company is limited by guarantee not having a share capital.
The charitable company was est(Iblished under a Memorandum of Association which established the objects and
powers of the charitable company and is governed under its Articles of Association.
In accordance with the Articles of Association. the members to retire by rotation shall be Ihose who have been longest
in office since their last election, and the relevant motion will be put at the Annual General Meeting. A retiring member
shall be eligible for reelection.

The results reflect the activities for Trillick Enterprise Leisure Limited carried out during the year ending 31 March
2025.
The directors are content that all procedures and policies We￿ covered during the April 2024-March 2025.
The company has a Service Level Agreement with Femianagh & Omagh District Council amounting to £50,833 per
annum. This funding is secured until 31 st March 2026.
Other grants are sought on a regular basis to sustain the revenue costs of the ￿ntre with small grants from
Fermanagh & Omagh District Council. Halifax Foundation, PHA Clear Projecl, SWAP and CFNI. We are currently
waiting lo hear from a number of other organisations in regards lo applications.
The centre continues to use an online app for bookings and is going well so far.
We provide a wide range of activities for all ages and abilities in the ￿ntre.

At the end of the financial year the company has assets of £58,57212024 - £56.257) and liabilities of £12,60412024 -
£13.3671. The net assets of the company have increased by £3.078.

The directors of Trillick Enterprise Leisure Limited confimi that they have complied with their duties in regard to the
Charity Commission for Northern Ireland's guidance on public benefit and that the public benefit requirement ha5
been achieved through the activities of the charitable company in the financial year 31 March 2025.
The organi5ation has met the public benefit by planning and delivering a wide range of activities and programmes to
cater for all mernbers of the community. The benefits of these activities and programmes are evident through regular
attendance and verbal feedback. Evaluation forms are completed for funders. The centre complete5 a yearly
development plan that is reviewed quarterly. The centre has a Comrnunity Drop Box for ideas for fvture plans. There
is a social media profile to reach out to the wider community. Policies and risk assessments are in place lo protect the
users of the centre. There is no private benefit.

STATEMENT OF TRUSTEES. RESPONSIBILITIES
for the financial year ended 31 March 2025
The trustees. who are also directors of Trillick Enterprise Leisure Limited for the purposes of company law, are
responsible for preparing the financial statements in accordance with applicable law and regulations.
Company law requires the trustees as the directors to prepare financial statements for each financial year. Under that
law the trustees have elected to prepare the financial statements in accordan￿ with United Kingdom Generally
Accepted Accounting Practice (United Kingdom Accounting Standards and applicable lawl including FRS 102 "The
Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" Section 1A (Small Enliliesl. Under
company law the trustees must not approve the financial slalements unless they are satisfied that they give a true and
fair view of the state of affairs of the company and of the surplus or deficit of the company for that period.
In preparing these financial statements. the trustees are required to.,
select suitable accounting policies and apply them consislenlly.,
make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent..
State whether the financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the relevant financial ￿porting
framework, identify those standards. and nole Ihe effect and the reasons for any material departure from those
standards., and
prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis unless it is inappropriate to p￿SUrne that the
company will continue in operation.
The trustees confimi that they have complied with the above requirements in preparing the financial statements.
The trustees are responsible for keeping adequate accounting records that are sufficient to show and explain the
company's transactions and disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the company and
enable them to ensure that the financial statements comply with the Companies Act 2006. They are also responsible
for safeguarding the assets of the company and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of

OF TRILLICK ENTERPRISE LEISURE LIMITED
I have examined the financial statements of the company for the financial year ended 31 March 2025, which comprise
the Slatement of Financial Activities. the Summary Income and Expenditure Account, the Balan￿ Sheet and the
related notes.
This report is made solely to the company's members, as a body. in accordance with Chapter 3 of Part 16 of the
Companies Act 2006. My work has been undertaken so that I might compile the financial slalements that I have been
engaged to compile, report to the Board of Trustees that I have done so. and slate those matters that I have agreed to
state to them in this report and for no other purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I do not accept or assume
responsibility to anyone other Ihan the company and the company's members, as a body, for my work, or for this
report.
Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner
The company's trustees (who are also the directors of the company for the purposes of company law) a￿ responsible
for the preparation of the financial statements in accordan￿ with the ￿qUirements of the Companies Act 2006. The
company's trustees consider that an audit is not required for this financial year under Chapter 3 of Part 16 of the
Companies Act 2006 and that an independent examination is required.

Basis of Independent examiner's report
I have examined your company financial slalements as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and my
examination was carried out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern
Ireland under section 65{9llbl of the Charities Act. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept
by the company and a comparison of the financial statements presented with those records. It also includes
consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the financial statements and seeking explanations from the
trustees co[)￿rnIng any such matters. The prO￿dureS undertaken do not provide all the eviden￿ that would be
required in an audit and consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a 'true and fairf view
and the report is limited to those matters set out in the statement below.
In connection with my examination, no matter has come to my attention which gives me cause to believe that in, any

accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 386 of the Companies Act 2006
the financial statements do not accord with those accounting records

GENERAL INFORMATION
Trillick Enterprise Leisure Limited is a company limited by guarantee incorporated in Northern Ireland. The
registered offfi￿ of the company is 15 Gargadis Road, Trillick, Co Tyrone. 8T18 3NX which is also the
principal place of business of the company The financial statements have been presented in Pound 1£) which
is also Ihe functional currency of the company.
SUMMARY OF SIGNIFICANT ACCOUNTING POLICIES
The following accounting policies have been applied consistently in dealing with items which are considered
material in relation to the charity's financial statements.
Basis of preparation
The financial statements have been prepa￿d on the going concern basis under the historical cost convention,
modified to include certain items at fair value. The financial statements have been p￿pared in accordance
with the Statement of Recommended Practice {SORPI Accounting and Reporting by Charities preparing their
accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland
FRS 102" applying Section 1A of that Standard.
As pemiitted by the Companies Act 2006, the company has varied the standard formats in that act for the
Statement of Financial Activities and the Balance Sheet. Departur.es from the standard formats are to comply
with the requirements of the Charities SORP and are in compliance with section 4.7, 10.6 and 15.2 of that
SORP.
statement of compliance
The financial statements of the company for the financial year ended 31 March 2025 have been prepared on
the going concern basis and in accordance with the Statement of Recommended Practice (SORPI
"Accounting and Reporting by Charities preparing their accounts in accordan￿ with the Financial Reporting
Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland FRS 102" applying Section 1A of that Standard.
Incoming Resources
Vo5untary income or capital is included in the Statemenl of Financial Activities when the company is legally
entitled to it, its financial value can be quantified with reasonable certainly and there is reasonable certainty of
its ultimate re￿ipt. Entitlement to legacies is considered established when the company has been notified of a
distribution to be made by the executors. Income reTrived in advance of due performance under a contract is
accounted for as deferred income until earned. Grants for activities are recognised as income when the
related conditions for legal entitlement have been met. All other income is accounted for on an accruals basis.
Income from charitable a¢tivities
Incorne from charitable activities include income earned from the supply of services under contractual
arrangements and from performance related grants which have conditions that specify the provision of
particular services to be provided by Ihe company. Income from government and other co-funders is
recogni5ed when the company is legally entitled to the income because it is fulfilling the conditions contained
in the related funding agreements. Where a grant is re￿iVed in advance. its recognition is deferred and
included in creditors. Where entiuement occurs before income is received, it is accrued in debtors.
Grants from govemments and other co-funders typically include one of the following types of conditions..
Performance based conditions.. whereby the company is contractually entitled to funding only to the extent
that the core objectives of the grant agreement are achieved. Where the company is meeting the core
objectives of a grant agreement. it recogni5es the related expenditure, lo the extent that it is reimbursable by
the donor, as income.
Time based conditions.. whereby the company is contractually entitled to funding on the condition that it is
utilised in a particular period. In these cases the company recognises the income to the extent it is utilised
within the period specified in the agreement.
In the absence of such conditions, assuming that receipt is probable and the amount can be reliably
measured, grant income is recognised once the company is notified of entitlement.
Grants received towards capital expenditure are credited to the Statement of Financial Activities when
received or receivable, whichever is earlier.

Resources Expended
All resources expended are accounted for on an accruals basis. Charitable activities include costs of services
and grants, support costs and depreciation on related assets. Costs of generating funds similarly include
fundraising activities. Non-staff costs not attributed to one category of activity are allocated or apportioned
pro-rata to the staffing of the relevant service. Finance. HR, IT and administrative staff costs are directly
attributable to individual activities by objective. Governan￿ costs are those associated with constitutional and
statutory requirements.
Tangible fixed assets and depreciation
Tangible fixed assets are stated al cost or at valuation, less accumulated depreciation. The charge to
depreciation is calculated lo write off the original cost or valuation of tangible fixed assets. less their estimated
residual value, over their expected useful lives as follows..

Debtors
Debtors are recognised at the setuement amount due after any discount offered. Prepayments are valued at
the amount prepaid net of any trade discounts due. Income recognised by the company from government
agencies and other co-funders. bul not yet received at year end, is included in debtors.
Cash at bank and in hand
Cash at bank and in hand comprises cash on deposit al banks requiring less than three months notice of
withdrawal.
Taxatlon and deferred taxation
No current or deferred taxation arises as the company has been granted charitable exemption. Irrecoverable
valued added tax is expensed as incurred.
Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the
balance sheet date where transactions or events have occurred at that date that will result in an obligation to
pay more tax in the future. or a right to pay less tax in the future. Timing differenTrs are temporary dIfferen￿S
be￿een the company's taxable income and its results as stated in the financial statements.
Deferred lax is measured on an undiscounted basis at the tax rates that are anticipated to apply in the periods
in which the timing differen￿5 are expected to reverse. based on tax rates and laws that have been enacted
or substantively enacted by the balan￿ sheet date.
