Objectives The company's objectives are lo promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Trillick and surrounding district without distinction of sex. race, poliiical. re1lOuS or other opinion by associaling the statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a COTnmon effort to promote health and wellbeing and to provide facilitses in the interest of social welfare for re(xeation and leisure time occupation. with the object of improving the conditions for the said inhabitants. Structure. Governance and Management Structurg Over the past year the trustees have met monthly to oversee all parts of the organisation. A centrè manager. appointed by the dir8¢1ors. manages the day to day operations of the charity and reports to them monthly or more frequenlly rf quIred. In accordance with the Artides of Association seven directors represent Trillick Enterprfse Leisure Limited and four others to represent the community at large. Govefnance The charitable company is limited by guarantee not having a share capital. The charitable company was established under a Memorandum of Associalion which established the obiects and powers of the Gharitable company and is governed under its Artscles of Association. In accordance wilh the Artides of Association. the members to retire by rotation shall be those who have been longest in office Sin their last election, and the relevant motion will be put at the Annual General Meeting. A retiring member shall be eligible for rtrdection. Revlew of Actlvlties. Achievements and Perforniance The results rèflect the activities for Trllick Enterprise Leisure Limtted carried out during the year ending 31 March 2024. The directors are content that all procedures and pdicies were covered during the Aprl 202>March 2024. The company has a Service Level Agreement with Fenaagh & Omagh District Council amounting to £47,500 per annum. This funding is secured until 31st March 2025.
