The trustees present their Trustees, Annual Report, combining the Directors, Report and Trustees, Report. and the
unaudited financi81 statements for the financial year ended 31 March 2023.
The financial statements are prepared in accordance ￿th the Companies Act 2006, FRS 102 "The Financial
Reporting Stsndard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and Accounting and Reporting by Charities..
Slatement of Recommended Practice applicable to charities preparing their financial slatements in accordance with
the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland IFRS 1021.
The Trustees. Report contains the information required to be provided in the Trustees, Annual Report under the
statement of Recommended Practice ISORPI guidelines. The Irustees of the company are also charity trustees for
the purpose of charity law and under the companvs constitution are known as members of the board of trustees.
In this report the trustees of Trillick Enterprise Leisure Limited present a summary of its purpose. governance.
activities, achievements and finances for the financial financial year 31 March 2023.
The company is a registered charity and hence the report and results are presented in a form which complies with the
requirements of the Companies Act 2006 and, although not obliged to comply with the Statement of Recommended
Practice applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland FRS 102, the organisation has implemented its
recommendations where relevant in these financial statements.
Mission, Objectives and Strategy
Mission Statement
The charity was established to improve the conditions of life and opportunities for the inhabitants of the Trillick and
sumunding areas. To achieve this object, the company aims lo increase social interaction with both young and old,
increase in health and well-being - both physical and mental - increased awareness in the community about social
issues - decrease in anti- social behaviour- reduction in social isolation (especially older people).
Trillick Enterprise Leisure Limited is a registered charity with the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland since 6
December 2016, under the registration number NIC 105717.
Objectives
The company's objectives are to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Trillick and surrounding district without
distinction of sex, race, political. religious or other opinion by associating the statutory authorities, voluntary
organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to promote health and wellbeing and lo provide facilities in the
interest of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation. with the object of improving the conditions for the
said inhabitants.
Structure. Governance and Management
Structure
Over the past year the trustees have met monthly to oversee all parts of the orgar)isalion. A centre manager.
appointed by the directors, manages the day to day operations of the charity and reports to them monlhly or more
frequently if required. In accordance with the Articles of Association seven directors represent Trillick Enterprise
Leisure Limited and four others to represent the community at large.
Governance
The charitable company is limited by guarantee not hamng a share capital.
The charitable company was established under a Memorandum of Association which established the objects and
powers of the charitable company and is governed under its Articles of Association.
In accordance with the Articles of Association. the members to retire by rotation shall be those who have been longest
in office Since their last election. and the relevant motion will be put at the Annual General Meeting. A retiring member
shall be eligible for re*lection.
Review of Activities. A¢hievemont$ and Performance
The results reflect the activities for Trillick Enterprise Leisure Limited carried out during the year ending 31 March
2023.
The directors are content that all procedures and policies were covered during the April 2022-March 2023.
The company has a Service Level Agreement wilh Femianagh & Omagh District Council amounting to £47,500 per
annum. This funding is secured until 31 st March 2024.

Other grants are sought on a regular basis to sustain the revenue costs of the centre with small grants from
Fermanagh & Omagh District Council, Cleaver Fulton, Hedley Foundation. Albert Hunt. DAERA, Asda Foundation.
SWAP and SSE Airtricity. We are currently wailing to hear from a number of other organisations in regards to
applications.
The Cent￿ has now advanced post covid to an online app to help users acces$ facilities and programmes better- this
has proven so far to be a success.
Financial Results
At the end of the financial year the company has assets of £54,226 (2022 - £80,890) and liabilities of £68,58212022 -
£61.3331. The net assets of the company have decreased by £(33,9131.

The directors of Trillick Enterprise Leisure Limited confirm that they have complied with their duties in regard to the
Charity Commission for Northern Ireland's guidance on public benefit and that the public benefit requirement has
been achieved through the activities of the charitable company in the financial year 31 March 2023.
The organisation has met the public benefit by planning and delivering a wide range of activities and programmes to
cater for all members of the community. The benefits of these activities and programmes are evident through regular
attendance and verbal feedback. Evaluation fomis are completed for funders. The centre completes a yearly
development plan that is reviewed quarterly. The centre has a Community Drop Box for ideas for future plans. There
is a social media profile to reach out to the wider community. Policies and risk assessments are in place to protect the
users of the ￿ntre. There is no private benefit.

for the financial year ended 31 March 2023
The trustees. who are also directors of Trillick Enterprise Leisure Limited for the purposes of company law, are
responsible for preparing the financial statements in accordan￿ with applicable law and regulations.
Company law requires the trustees as the directors to prepare financial slalements for each financial year. Under that
law the trustees have elected to prepare the financial statements in accordance with United Kingdom Generally
AC￿pIed Accounting Practice (United Kingdom Accounting Standards and applicable lawl including FRS 102 "The
Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" Section 1A (Small Entities). Under
company law the trustees must not approve the financial statements unless they are satisfied that they give a true and
fair view of the state of affairs of the company and of the surplus or deficit of the company for that period.
In preparing these ffnancial statements, the trustees are required to..
select suitable accounting policies and apply them consistenuy.,
make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent.,
state whether the financial statements have been prepared in accordan￿ with the relevant financial reporting
framework. identify those standards, and note the effect and the reasons for any material departure from those
standards,. and
prepare the financial statements on the going concem basis unless it is inappropriate to presume that the
company will continue in operation.
The trustees confirm that they have complied with the above requirements in preparing the financial statements.
The trustees are responsible for keeping adequate accounting records that are sufficient to show and explain the
company's transactions and disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the company and
enable them to ensure that the financial slalements comply with. They are also responsible for safeguarding the
assets of the company and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other

OF TRILLICK ENTERPRISE LEISURE LIMITED
I have examined the financial statements of the company for the financial year ended 31 March 2023, which comprise
the Statement of Financial Aclivilies. the Summary Income and Expenditure Account. the Balance Sheet and the
related notes.
This report is made solely to the company's members, as a body, in accordan￿ with Chapter 3 of Part 16 of the
Companies Act 2006. My work has been undertaken so that I might compile the financial statements that I have been
engaged to compile, report to the Board of Trustees that I have done so. and state those matters that I have agreed to
stale to them in this report and for no other purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I do not a¢￿pt or assume
responsibility to anyone other than the company and the company's members, as a body, for my work. or for this
report.
Respe¢tive responsibilities of trustees and examiner
The company's trustees (who are also the directors of the company for the purposes of company lawl are responsible
for the preparation of the financial statements in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006. The
company's trustees consider that an audit is not required for this financial year under Chapter 3 of Part 16 of the
Companies Act 2006 and that an independent examination is required.

Basis of independent examlner's report
I have examined your company financial statements as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and my
examination was carried out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern
Ireland under section 6519)(bl of the Charities Act. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept
by the company and a comparison of the financial slalements presented with those records. It also includes
consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the financial statements and seeking explanations from the
trustees COn￿rning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be
required in an audit and consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a 'true and fair, view
and the report is limited to those matters set out in the statement below.
In connection with my examination, no matter has come to my attention which gives me cause to believe that in, any

GENERAL INFORMATION
Trillick Enterprise Leisure Limited is a company limited by guarantee incorporated in Northern Ireland. The
registered office of the company is 15 Gargadis Road, Trillick, Co Tyrone, BT78 3NX which is also the
principal place of business of the company The financial staternents have been presented in Pound 1£) which
is also the functional currency of the company.
SUMMARY OF SIGNIFICANT ACCOUNTING POLICIES
The following accounting policies have been applied consistently in dealing with items which are conSide￿d
material in relation to the charity's financial statements.
Basis of preparation
The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis under the historical cost convention,
modified to include certain items at fair value. The financial statements have been prepared in accordance
with the Statement of Recommended Practice (SORP) "Accounting and Reporting by Charities preparing their
accounts in accordan￿ with the Financial Reporbng Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland
FRS 102" applying Section 1A of that Standard.
As pemiitted by the Companies Act 2006, the company has varied the standard formats in that act for the
Statement of Financial Activities and the Balan￿ Sheet. Departures from Ihe standard formats are to comply
with the requirements of the Charities SORP and are in compliance with secb.on 4.7, 10.6 and 15.2 of that
SORP.
statement of ¢ompliance
The financial statements of the company for the financial year ended 31 De￿mber 2017 have been prepared
on the going concern basis and in accordance with the Statement of Recommended Practice ISORPI
"Accounting and Reporting by Charities preparing their accounts in accordan￿ with the Financial Reporting
standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland FRS 102" applying Section 1A of that Standard.
Incoming Resources
Voluntary income or capital is included in the Statement of Financial Activities when the company is legally
entitled to it, its financial value can be quantified with reasonable ￿rtaInty and there is reasonable certainty of
its ultimate receipt. Entitlemenl to legacies is considered established when the company has been notified of a
distribution to be made by the executors. Income received in advance of due performance under a contract is
accounted for as deferred income until earned. Grants for activities are recognised as income when the
related conditions for legal entitlement have been met. All other income is accounted for on an accruals basis.
Income from charitable activities
Income from charitable activities include income earned from the supply of services under contractual
arrangements and from perfomiance related grants which have condilions that specify the provision of
particular services to be provided by the company. Income from government and other co-funders is
recognised when the company is legally enlilled lo the income because it is fulfilling the conditions contsined
in the related funding agreemenls_ Where a grant is re￿iVed in advance. its recognib'on is deferred and
included in creditors. Imiere entitlement occurs before incorne is received, it is accrued in debtors.
Grants from governments and other co-funders typically include one of the following types of conditions..
Performance based conditions= whereby the company is contractually entitled to funding only to the extent
that the core objectives of the grant agreement are achieved. Where the company is meeting the core
objectives of a grant agreement. it recognises the related expenditure. to the extent that it is reimbursable by
the donor, as income.
Time based conditions.. whereby the company is contractually entitled to funding on the condition that it is
utilised in a particular period. In these cases the company recognises the income to the extent it is utilised
within the peri(Kl specified in the agreement
In the absence of such conditions. assuming that receipt is probable and the amount can be reliably
measured, grant income is recognised On￿ the company is notified of entitlement.
Grants received towards capital expenditure are credited to the Statement of Financial Activities when
re￿iVed or receivable. whichever is earlier.

Resources Expended
All reSoUr￿S expended are accounted for on an accruals basis. Charitable activities include costs of ServI￿S
and grants, support costs and depreciation on related assets. Costs of generating funds similarly include
fundraising activities. Non-slaff costs not allributed to one category of activity are allocated or apportioned
pro-rata to the staffing of the relevant service. Finance. HR, IT 2nd administrative staff costs are directly
attributable to individual activities by objective. Governan￿ costs are those associated with constitutional and
slalutory requirements.
Tangible flxed assets and depreciation
Tangible fixed assets are stated at cost or at valuation, less accumulated depreciation. The charge to
depreciation is calculated to write off the original cost or valuation of tangible fixed assets. less their estimated
residual value, over their expected useful lives as follows..

Debtors
Debtors are recognised at the settlement amount due after any discount offered. Prepayments are valued at
the amount prepaid net of any trade discounts due. Income recognised by the company from government
agencies and other co-funders, but not yet received at year end. 15 included in debtors.
Cash at bank and in hand
Cash at bank and in hand comprises cash on deposit al banks requiring less Ihan three months noti￿ of
withdrawal.
Taxation and deferred taxation
No current or deferred laxation arises as the company has been granted charitable exemption. Irrecoverable
valued added tax is expensed as incurred.
Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at Ihe
balan￿ sheet date where transactions or events have occurred at that dale that will result in an obligation to
pay more lax in the future, or a right to pay less tax in the future. Timing differences are temporary differences
be￿een the company's taxable income and its results as slated in the financial statements.
Deferred tax is measured on an undiscounted basis at the tax rates that are anticipated to apply in the periods
in which the timing differences are expected to reverse. based on tax rates and laws that have been enacted
or substantively enacted by the balance sheet dale.
