Seven Tov￿r5 Community Association's wjrpose is to deliver a wide ra￿ of services, programme5
and events which have been identified th0￿h community surveys and on80ing feedback from the
residents. The beneficIar*Sa￿ the residentsfrom the Ballee area. The dI￿¢t beneffts whlch flow from
the purpose are the reduction of social isolation and to improve the quality of life for the inhabitants.
The aim is to empower the communityto come together to havetheirvoice heard. We aim to provide
opportunltles for involvement in leadership role5 to help inuease confidence and develop skills
through tratninB and ew8ement to enhance opPort￿•t*S foremployment.
In setting our objectives aThl planning our actr¥ities for the yearthe trustees haNE given careful
constderation to the Charity Commission Nvs guidan￿ on public benefft to ensu￿ that the aCtNi￿S
have helped to achieve the charit(s purrM)ses and provide a benefft to the ￿nefiCIaries.
We were unable to rnn our uwal acbvitiÈs during thi5 year due to d￿￿Ing our bank account. Thls
process took longer than antiwated and we b)ok forward to resumin8 our usual activitses in 23124.
We corrtinue to have 32 fvlty fynctiwl allotm￿ ¥AKh continue to be very succe55fv1 within the
communlty. We also work dosety wlth tt* k•cal Executhe, Council, NHSCT and Community
auster.
l)urlng the year we secured fundi￿8 from the Nl kb)UsI￿ ExecutNe totsllirE £980.0) and we
received £600.IK) from the Energy 8111 Support Scheme for the Community House. We made
payments in totsl to the value of £￿￿].56 leaving us wlth a bank balan￿ at the year*rKI of
£2.518.24.
