As the charitvs trustees you are respon51ble for the preparatlon of the accounts In accordance with the Charities
Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
It Is my responslbility to:
examlne the accounts under sertion 65 of the Charities ACL
to follow the procedures laid down In the general Directions given by the Commission under sectlon 6519}(b) of
the Charities Act
to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.

I have examined your charity accounts as required urFder section 65 of the Charftyes Act and my examlnatlon was
carried out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Charlty Commlssion for Northem Ireland under
section 65{9){bl of the Charities Act.
MY examlnation included a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts
presented wlth those records. It also induded conslderatlon of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts,
and seeklng explanatlons from you as charity trustees concernin8 any such matters.
My role Is to state whether any material matters have come to my attention givin8 me cause to believe:
l. That accounting records were not kept In accordance wlth section 63 of the Charities Act
2. That the accounts do not accord with those accounting records.
3. That the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of the Charities Act
4. That there Is further inforn)at5on needed for a proper understandin8 of the accounts to be reathed.
