Responsibilities and basis ofreport As the charity's thistees of Upper Clonaneese Congregation of the Presbyterian Church in Ireland you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordan¢¢ with the requirements of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008. It is my responsibility to - exarnine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act - follow the procedure5 laid down in the general Directions given by the Commission under section 65(9)(b) of the Charitie5 Act - state whether particular matters have c4)me to my attention Basis of independent examiner's report I have examined your charity accA)unts as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and my examination was canied out in accordance with th¢ general directions given by the Charities Commission for Northem Ireland under section 65 (9)(b) of the Charities ACL My examinatlon included the review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the ounts presented with those records. It also included consideration of any unusual items or disGlosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you a5 chaTity trustees concerning any such matt¢rs.
