As well as our regular services durlngthe year we acknowledged God's 8ift of new life with 8 Sacraments of Baptlsm and 2

who had been bereaved dvrin8 the yeai.
At 31 December 2022 there were 767 communicant Members 609 families c4Mnerted wlth the con8re8atlons. At the
end of the year our membership stood at 1.417.
The average week attendance at Sunday worshlp Is c. 650.

Members of the ton8re8ation who are unable to attend churth duè to sickness or aee are vlslted on a regular ba515 bythe
mlnlster. elders or by one of the con8re8aiion's pastoral yisitors.

At a local level the congregational mi5si0n aspect of thuTch life is founded on the mission purpose as outlined above and
manlfests itself in varfous ways a5 compasslonate and PrnCii¢al Christianity. lookn'ngto rexh people for Christ at their point of
need. To this end the work undertaken by our Life Cèntre Inbtlatlve has eXperIen￿d exponential 8rovrth and somethlng that
the congre8*ion has embraced wilh enthusiasm. The ¢ontinued development of Café Explore which meets weekly an

The congregotlon supports the Unlted ￿pea1 tor Mtssion whKh is a centrnl fvnd of the Presbyterian Church In Ireland. Thls
lund enables congregations to support the wider mlssion of the denomlnatlon and to do mission and outreach on
denominational basis beyond what the congregat￿￿ could do on its own. The United Appeal Fund provides flnancial support
for mission per50nnd at home and overseas, a￿lSts con8regalions with the deploymenl of locally based staff, enables church
pIaTrti￿ providesgiantsupportfor the upkeep ofchurch premises.assist with the running costs of UnionTheolo8ical College.

The Trustees have consldered the level of unrestritted reserves that it is approprEate to hold taking account of ru￿nI and

provide finance for the lurthering of ChrisY% kingdom and as suth expert the T￿￿tee5 to hold a minimum of re5crves. The
Trustees are comfortable with thts expertation trwjt will contlnue to review such a policy in li8hi of responsibilities forthe staff

A review of malor rlsks has been undertaken by theTrustee5 and systems and pro￿dureS implemented to manage identified
risks. The principal risk5 are in relation to the likelihood of ￿pUtattO￿al darnage and financial rlsks associated with the
expectatlon of ongoing nnancial 5UPPOrt from rnember5. These risks are mltigated by the Tnjstees, arTrd the Con8re6atlOn81
Committee, re8ulady monitoring the various actlvities of the congregatlon at stated meetlng5 and by encouraging members
