BASIS OF THE INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT
I have examined ycsur charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities Att and my examination was
tarried out in accordance wlth the general dirertions given by the Charity Commission ol Northern Ireland under
section 6519llbl of the Charities Act. The eyamination included a review of the accounting records kept by the
char&ty and a comparison of the aetounts presented with those records. It also included consrderation of any
unusual items disc105ures Sn the accounts. and seeking explanations from you as charitytru5tees concerning
any such matters.
My role is to State any material matters have come to my attentSon glving me cause to believe:
