I report to the Trustees on my examlnatlon of the accounts of Flrst Kilrea Presbyterian Church
(the Trust) for the year ended 31 December 2023.
Responslbllltles and basls of report
As the Charlty Trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparatlon of accounts In
accordance wlth the requirements of the Charities Act 2011('The Act,).
I report in respect of my examinatlon of the Trust's accounts carrled out under sectlon 145 of the
2011 Act and in carrying Out my examinatlon I have followed all the applicable directlons 8iven by
the Charlty Commission under sectlon 145(S)(b) of the Act.
Independent Examlner's Statement
I have completed my examlnatlon. I conflrm that no materlal matters have come to my
attentlon In connection wlth the examlnatlon Blvln8 rne cause to believe that In any materlal
respect:
l. Accountlng records were not kept In respect of the Trust as required by sectlon 130 of the
Act: or
2. The accounts do not accord wlththose records.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters In connectlon with the examinatlon
to which attention should be drawn In this report in order to enable a proper understanding of
the accounts to be reached.
