to show and explain the congregatton's transactiims and disdose with reasonable
accuracy at any time its financial p¥)sition. are also responsible for safeguardirYJ the
assets of the congregation and hen￿ for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and
detection of fraud and other irregularities.
