The Purpose of each of these Charities is to educate girls and young women to help them develop
emotionally. mentallyi physically and spiritually so that they can make a positive contribution to
their Community and the wider world.

main achievements in the year
5 Bangor Guides are a group of girls aged between 10- 15 years who meet for 36 weeks of the

year on a Wednesday evening from 7.30 pm to 8.45 pm.
During the year September 2022-June 2023 there were 16 Guides in regular attendance.
During the year the Guides took part in usual activities of crafts, cooking, games and badgework.
WE had various themed nights such as relaxation evening. We had our annual camp weekend at
Lorne House in March were the guides took part in activities such as the Zip line, Archery,
Bushcraft and High Cube.
We also take part in the Royal British Legion Remembrance Parade to the cenotaph.

The Trustees of 5 Bangor Guide are aware of the commissions Public Benefit requirement
statutory guidance.
A review of the Charity's financial position at the end of the year
The unit started on 1st September 2022 with cash and Bank balance of £155.43, enabling the unit
to open.
The group has no assets.
