The unit meet5 weekly. A variety of activities took place to ensure the pro8ramme for Brownies was covered. Girls gave suggestion5 of things that they would like to do which were incorporated into the programme. We had a Coronation tea party. Brownie Promise Party, Half Tem Party Vlslt from a Dentist and a Science Night, both these nlghts were a success and demonstrated to the glrls that they can also consider careers in science subjects. At Chrlstmas the girls had a visit to the cinema to watch "Wlsh" and took part in this activity wlth other members from our District from Ralnbows, Brownies, Guides and Rangers. Gir15 had great morning meeting wlth other members and seeing that they are part of a larger organisation, Glrls planted sunflowers from seed to look after, had a barbecue and made "Smores" A gfeat year was achleved and many challenges were taken on Includlng lots of 8ames indoor5 and outdoors whlle learning new skills, decision making and worklng together having fun and learnin8 about mlndfulness. Girls have been learnin8 that they can do anything. There was no harm flowin8 from the Charities purposes and that there was no private benefit.
