A summary of the Charlvs ma5n actlvlties to further its purposes for the publlc beneflt and the
maln achlevements in the year
During the year on average 12 Birls took part. A varlety of activities took place to ensure the
programme for Brownies was covered. We were still recovering from the pandemlc and girls
and leaders were still getting used to the108iStlcs of runnin8 and or8anisin8 Brownies. We got
back to meeting weekly this year indoors which was great.
New Brownles made their promise and made promise ponds. They had a Half Term Party and
enjoyed lots of crafts throughout the year. They planted lovely window boxes with daffodils and
violas which they took home to look after to teach the girls to nurture and look after their plants.
In May we celebrated the Queen's Jubilee with a party and had a speclal vislt from Jumpln8 Clay.
We made a model of the Queen to celebrate her Jubllee from the Jumplng Clay.
At Christmas the girls had a visit to the cinema to watch Matilda and took part in this activity
wlth other members from our District from Rainbows, Brownies, Guides and Rangers. Glrls had a
great mornin8 meetin8 With other members and seeing that they are part of a lar8er
or8anisation.
A 8reat year was achieved and many challenges were taken on including lots of games indoors
and outdoors. There was no harm flowing from the Charities purposes and that there was no
private benefit.
