The Select Vestry is responsible for the preparation of a receipts and payments account each year
that gives a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the Church as at the end of the financial
year.
The Select Vestry is responsible for'keepins proper accounting records, for safekeeping of assets
of the Church and hen￿ for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection OE fraud and
other irregularities.
We are in agreement with the accounts on pages 3 and 4 and aC￿pt the respective responsibilities
of the Select Vestry and Reporting Accountants as laid out on pages l and 2.
