All Girlguiding Ulster Charities are governed by the Royal Charter and Bye-laws.

The Purpose of each of these Charities is to educate girls and young women to help them develop emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually so that they can make a positive contribution to their Community and the wider world.

3 girls took part in the unit from January to June. The Brownies completed two Theme Award badges – Brownies Skills for My Future and Brownies Have Adventures. They also completed two Skills Builder badges – Live Smart Stage 2 and Explore Stage 2. And completed their Interest Badge – Aviation.

The girls went to a Girlguiding event at Lorne Estate – Myths and Legends. We held a meeting at our local Islandmagee Community Garden and held a meeting at Kilcoan Gardens, Islandmagee, completing badge work activities on a woodland walk. We attended a nationwide Girlguiding UK screening event at the ODEON Belfast – The Little Mermaid film.

All 3 Brownies achieved their Brownie Bronze Award.

0 girls took part in the unit from September to December.

There was no harm flowing from the Charities purposes and there was no private benefit.
