## **Achievements, Performance & Public Benefit** 

Our activities are public worship for all. Services are conducted every Sunday at 10.45am in Clogh Parish Church, Cloghmore, Rosslea. Advertised in our noticeboard. Special services are also conducted at Easter, Harvest and Christmas. Sunday School for primary school children is held in the hall during the service on Sunday with the children taking an active part during all age services. This year they lead the service for Sunday School Prizegiving, Harvest service and tea in the hall afterwards, Mother’s Day and  took part in the Christmas Carol Service. We also linked with our local primary school who sang for us at another Harvest service and got involved in the Christmas Shoebox Appeal where we collected from school and congregation shoeboxes filled with Christmas gifts for vulnerable children across the world Via Team Hope.  Extra activities for children are held at Christmas and the Summer. Marriage, Baptisms and funeral services, is provided for anyone in the community as requested. There is as ever a strong pastoral ministry; visiting of the sick, the elderly and the community is undertaken if requested. Holy Communion is taken to housebound at Easter and Christmas. Retiring collections were undertaken to support the following that in turn pass it on to benefit others. Monaghan Church of Ireland Children's Society and Jonathan Graham under the Glo Children’s outreach. Other support was given to: Irish Church Missions, SAMS (South American Mission Society) and Crosslinks. As well as the church we also make our Hall facilities available to the community with the Bowling Club and Mothers Union meeting regularly. Clogh Bowling Club meets each week during the season from September till April. We run a well supported Open Pairs Tournament in January and enter a team in the Erne Bowling League, this year reaching the play-offs. The club held a dinner and prizegiving to finish the season. The Mother's Union have a variety of different speakers attending their Monthly meetings which is open to all. Other ad-hock groups use the hall from time to time. With the hall needing some repairs we held a Christmas Craft & Bake Sale in December with a lot of work going into Lots of Beautiful Handmade Christmas Crafts and Homemade Bakes as well as activities & Hot Chocolate treats for the children, opportunities to win some prizes and enjoy a cup of tea & a catch Up. With all of the above the Charity Trustees feel they have complied with their duties in line with the Commissioner's Public benefit statutory guidance to fulfil our statement of Public Benefits.
