
## Trustee Annual Report Form – Template 

This template is to provide guidance to units who are completing a Trustee Annual Report for the NI Charity Commission.  If you do not wish to use this form please ensure that the headings in this guidance are followed when completing a Trustee Annual Report. 

All Girlguiding Ulster Charities are governed by the Royal Charter and Bye-laws. 

The Purpose of each of these Charities is to educate girls and young women to help them develop emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually so that they can make a positive contribution to their Community and the wider world.

A summary of the Charity’s main activities to further its purposes for the public benefit and the main achievements in the year 

In September we started off the year with 9 girls activities included games and badge work including  cooking shortbread, cookies toffee apples for Halloween, done pancakes for pancake day  and Easter buns. Crafts for Christmas, valentines, Mothers Day & Easter. 

We also spent a few practising captainball which the girls thoroughly enjoyed. 

When the evenings got brighter, we played outdoor games, done crate climbing and enjoyed cooking in the outdoors, had scavenger hunt and a treasure hunt around our local village. 

we went to camp in the share centre where we slept under canvas and done various water activities inflatable water park, canoeing and also archery and swimming.

## A review of the Charity’s financial position at the end of the year 

The financial position at the end of the year remains satisfactory. There are no debts.
