I report on the financial statements for the year ended 31 December2022. which comprise th8
statement of financial activities, statement of financial position, statement of Gash flows and the related
notes.

As the charity's trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the
Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008. It is my responsibilily lo:
examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act.,
to follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for
Northem Ireland under section 65{9}(b) of the Charities Act; and
to stat8 whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of indopendent examinorfs report
I have examined your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and my
examination was carried out in aC￿rdance with the general Directions given by the Charity
Commission for Northern Ireland under section 65{9){b) of the Charities Act. The examination included
a r&view of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts pr8sented
with those records. It also included consideration of any unusual items or disdosures in the accounts.

My role is to slate whether any material matters have come to my atlention giving me cause to
believe:
That accounting records were not kept in accordance bmth section 63 of the Charities Act
That th8 accounts do not accord with those accounts'ng records
That the accounts do not comply with the accounting ￿quIrernents of the Charities Act
That there is further informatM)n needed for a proper understanding of the accounts to be
reached.
