It Is my responslblllty to: examlne the accounts under settlon 65 of the Charltles Act; follow the procedures laid down In the general Dlrectlons glven by the Commisslon under section 65(9)(b) of the Charlties Att. and state whether partlcular matters have come to my attentlon. Basls of Independent examlner's report I have examlned your charlty accounts as ￿qUIred under sertlon 65 of the Charltles Act and my examlnation was carrled out In accordance wlth the general Direttions glven by the Charity Commlsslon for Northern Ireland under sectlon 65{9)(b) of the Charltles Art. My examlnatlon Included a revlew of the accountlng records kept by the charlty and a comparlson of the accounts presented wlth those records. It also included conslderatlon of any unusual Items or dlsclosures In the accounts and seeklng explanatlons from you as charlty trustees concernlng any such matters. My role Is to state whether any materlal matters have come to my attentlon glvlng me cause to belleve: l. That accountlng records were not kept In accordance wlth settlon 63 of the Charltles Act. 2. That the accounts do not accord wlth those accountlng records. 3. That the accounts do not comply wlth the accountlng requlrements of the Charltles Act; and 4. That there Is further Informatlon needed for a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
