As the charity's tfuslees. you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance wilh the requirements of the Charrties Act 2011
("the Act-
I report In resped of my examination of the Twsi's accounts carried out
under sectK)n 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed all the appI￿able Dtrections gNen by the Charty Commission
under sectK)n 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent tThe chanty's gross income exceeded £250,000 and l am qualified to

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have
come to my attention in connection with the examination (other than that
disclosed below ') which gives me cause to belEve that in, any materral
respect..
the accounting records were not kept in accordance wrth section 130
of the Charrties Acl; or
the accounts did not accord wrth the accounting records; or
the accounts did not comply with the aPpI￿able requirements
concerning the fomi and conlent of accounts set out in the Charities
(Accounls and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement
that the accounts give a 'true and fairf view which is not a matter
consKlered as part of an independent examination.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection
wrth the examination lo which attention should be drawn in this report in
order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
