**Purposes:** The charity is established for the relief of those in need by reason of age in the Poyntzpass area through any exclusively charitable means but in particular by;   Providing direct help and support to senior citizens and older people in the area;  Promoting physical and mental well being to senior citizens and older people in the area;  Facilitating community contact through a programme of recreational and educational activities;  Providing assistance with benefit entitlement and social welfare issues relating to older people within the community; and;  Preventing, where possible, social isolation.
