A Summary of the Charitvs main activities to further its purpose for the public benefit and the main achievemerrt5 in
the year
2. Holywood Brownies is a group of girls and young women aged 7- 10 years who meet 36 weeks a year on a
Tuesday night from 6.30-8.00 pm. There were 19 Brownies when the unit dosed for the 5umrner on Ilth June
2022.
The girls completed many badges a5 part of the Brownie programme and activities including charity event Lorne
sponsored walk.
Three outdoor activities were held- Ark Farm, pantomime, lo-pin bowling.

A statementthat the Trustees have had regard to the Commission's Public Benefit
requirement statutory guidance.
All the Trustees of 2 Holywood Brownies are aware of the Commission's Public Benefit requirement
statutory guidance.
A review of the Charivs financial p051tion at the end of the year.
2 Holywood Brownies had a surplus of £89.41 for the year of guiding activities which leaves this surplus in
the bank. This will allow the group to open again in September 2022 and fund artivities next year,
The group has no assets.
Details of anyfund held by the Charity that was materially in deficit atthe end of the year and steps tsken by the
Charity Trustees to eliminate the deficit.
