A summary of the Charitys maln activitles to fvrther its purposes for the publlc benefit and the
main achievements in the year
4th Holywood Brownies is a group of glrls and young women aged 7- 10 years who met in the
Holywood Gulde Hall for 30 weeks during 2022-23 on a Monday night from 7pm-8.15 pm.
In December 2022 a change of employment meant the existing leader had to resign her
involvement. An interlm team took on the role and ran the unit to June 2023.
The girls completed many badges and dlfferent actlvltles both in the hall and in the local area to
complete Interest badges, challenges. team building and life skills whlle learnlng more about
Brownies and Guiding in general.
Thls Included a sleepover In the hall. Following COVID thls was the first night away from parents
that many glrls had experlenced. It went well and increased confldence was evident. Girlguiding
safeguarding rules were followed.
