A summary of the Charity’s main activities to further its purpose for the public benefit and the main achievements in the year
4[th] Holywood Brownies is a group of girls and young women aged 7 – 10 years who meet 25 weeks a year on a Monday night from 6.30-8.00 pm. The Brownies were unable to open in September 2021 due to leader’s retiring. The new leadership team opened again in February 2022 and continued to 30[th] June 2022.
The girls completed many badges and different activities in the hall to complete Interest badges and challenges and team building skills and learning more about Brownies.
A statement that the Trustees have had regard to the Commission’s Public Benefit requirement statutory guidance.
All the Trustees of 4[th] Holywood Brownies are aware of the Commission’s Public Benefit requirement statutory guidance.
A review of the Charity’s financial position at the end of the year.
4[th] Holywood Brownies has £ 723.06 left in the bank and will allow them to open again September 2022. The group has no assets.
Details of any fund held by the Charity that was materially in deficit at the end of the year and steps taken by the Charity Trustees to eliminate the deficit.
