Asthe charity's trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance withthe Charities Act (Northem Ireland) 2008. The trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 65(21 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 and that an independent examination is required. It is my responsibility to= - examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities A follow the produreS laid down in the general Directions given by the Commission under section 65(9)(b) of the Chartties A - stste whether particular matters have come to my attention. mine I have examined your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and my examination was camed out in accordance vlith the general Directions given by the Charity Commis&on for Northeffl Irdand under section 65(9)(b) of the Charities Art. My examination induded a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also included consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeking explanations from you as Gharity trustees conMIng any such matters. My roleisto state whether any material matters have come to my attention givingme cause to believe". 1. That accounting records were not kept in accordan with section 63 of the Charities Act 2. That the accounts do not accord th those accounting records 3. That the accounts do not comply wtih the accounting requirements of the Charities Act 4.
