I report on the accounts of the Trust for the year ended 31st December 2022. which are set out within this document.
As the charltvs trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the Charities Act
(Northern Iielandl 2008.
It is my responsibility to:
Examine the accounts under sectlon 65 of the Charities Art
Follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Commisslon under sectlon 651911bl of the
Charltles Act
stste whether partlcular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of independent examinees report.
I have examined your charlty accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and my examlnation was carried
out in accofdance wlth the general Directlons gbven by the Charity Commi55ion for Northern Ireland under section 6519llbl
of the Charitles Act,
My examlnatlon included a revlew of the accounting records kept by the charlty and a comparison of the accounts
presented with those records. It also included conslderatlon of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and
seeklng explanations from you as charity tiustees concerning such matters.
My role is to state whether any material matters have come to my attention giving me cause to belleve..
That accountlng records were not kept in accordance wilh sectlon 63 of the Charities Act.
That the accounts do not accord wlth those accounting records.
That the account5 do not comply wlth the accounting requlrements of the Charltles Act.
That there Is further Information needed for a proper understandin8 of the accounts to be reached.
