**Purposes:** The objects of the Company shall be:-  to promote the benefit of of the inhabitants of Dungannon West (the "area of benefit") without distinction of sex, race, ethnicity or political, religious or other opinions by associating with the statutory authorities , voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to relieve poverty, advance education, preserve and protect health and provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and other leisure time occupations with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.
