Res onsibilities and basis of re As the trustees of the Mosside Presbyterian Church you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 (the '2008 Act,) and the Charities Act 2011 ('the 201 l Act,). You are satisfied that the accounts of the Trust are not required by charity law to be audited and have chosen instead to have an independent examination. It is my responsibility to examine the Accounts and to state whether particular matters have come to mv attention. In carrying out my examination I have followed the general Directions given b) the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under section 65(9)(b) of the 2008 Act and the Directions given by the Charity Commission for England and Wales under section 145(5)(b) of the 2011 Act. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the Financial Statements and seeks an explanation from the Treasurer concerning any such matters.
