As the trustees of the Mosside Presbyterian Church you are restx)nsible for the preparation of the accounts
in accordan¢¢ with the requirements of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 (the '2008 Act,) and the
Charities Act 2011 Cthe 2011 Act,). You are satisfied that the accounts of the Tn￿t are not required by cknty
law to IK audited and have chosen instead to have an independent examination.
It is my responsibility to examine the Accounts and to sthte whether particular matters have come to my
attention. In carryingJ out my examination I have followed the g¢neral Dir¢ctions given by the Charity
Commission for Northern Ireland under section 65(9Xb) of the 2(X18 Act and the Directions given by the
Charity Commission for England and Wales under section 145(5)(b) of the 2011 Act.

My examination includes a Teview of the of the accounting records and a comparison of the financial
statements pres¢nted with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or
disclosures in the Financial Statements and seeks an explanation from the Tr¢&surer concerning any
such matters.
