I report on the Accounts of the company for the year ended 31° March 2025, which are set out on pages.

As the charity Trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the Accounts in accordance with the
requlrements of the Charities Act {NII 2008.
It Is John Whisker's responsibility to:
Examine the Accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act.
> Follow the procedures laid down in the general direction5 given by the Charity Commission for
Northern Ireland under section 6519llbl of the Charities Act.
> To state whether particulars matters have come to my attention.

I have examined your account5 as required under Section 65 of the Charltles Act and my examination was
carried out in accordance with the general directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland
under section 6519llbl of the Charltle5 Act.
The examination included a review of the Accounlin8 Records kept by the Charity and a comparison of the
Account5 presented with those records. It also included consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in
the accounts and seeking explanations from you as charity trustees concernin8 any such matters.
My role Is to state whether any materials matters have come to my attention 8ivin8 me no cause to believe:
l. That accountlng records were not kept In a¢cordance wlth Sectlon 63 of the Charltles Art.
2. That the A¢¢ounts do not Accord wlth those A¢¢ountln8 records,
3. That the Accounts do not comply wlth the accountlng requlrements of the Charltles Act.
4. That there15 further Informatlon needed for proper understandlng of the accounts to be reached.
