## Activities

**Purposes:** The Association is established to bring together artists from all artistic backgrounds (i.e writers, storytellers, singers dancers, visual artists, instrumentalists, drama etc) to encourage the sharing of skills and experiences and facilitate participation in physical, mental and social activity within the Banbridge / Craigavon area in order to promote the arts and greater physical and mental wellbeing in the target group without distinction of age, gender, race, political, religious or other opinion.    Purpose 	2.2 By associating the statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities for recreational or other leisure time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.  Purpose 	2.3 To organise workshops and seminars in the promotion of a greater appreciation of the arts and the promotion of the link between arts development, wellbeing, community development and community spirit.
