Its membership is limited to young people aged four to six years of age living in the wider Newtownbutler area. I" Newtownbutler squirre15 is an affiliated member of the Northern Ireland Squirrel Association. l Newtownbutler Squirrels meets on Thursday evenings between September and June. I" Newtownbutler Squirrels is managed in accordancE with its constitution by members of its management committee. The management committee met 2 times during the year. ACHIEVEMENTS Squirrel award badges Silver acorns Red acorns Smile badges- I'm 12 PUBLIC BENEFrr During the year the squirrels took part in a full and balanced programme of active games, craft, stories, songs, visits and talks in order to educate and develop them physically, intellettuallv. emotionally, socially and spiritually. Parents reported that their Squirrels looked forward to meetings and membership of the drey was full throughout the year wtth a lengthy waiting list in operation. The Squirrels completed 2 smile badges- I'm artive and I'm learning.
