FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 OCTOBER 2022
The TNStees presents their report and financial stslements for the year ended 31 O¢aober 2022.
The financial ststements have been prepared in a¢cordan¢e with the acojunting policies set out in note 1 to the
financial ststements and comply with the Chaiitys Trust Deed, the Chatities Act (Northem Ireland) 2008 and
°Accounting and Reporting by Charities: Statement of Recommended Practi￿ applirable to charities preparing
their accounts in accordance with the Financial Repoitng Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland
(FRS 102). (as amended for a¢￿)unting periods commen(¥ng from 1 January 2019).
Objectives and activities
During the lrfe of the setttor upon trust to apply the income of the trust fvnd for suth charitable purposes as the
settlor shall from time to time in vniting direcL In the event of the death of the settlor or of the total failure of the
trusts, the Trustees shall have absolute discretion as to the dwritable Purposes for which the Trust fvnd income
is applied.

The Advancemerrt of Religion - the direct beneffts which flow from this purpose indude raising awareness and
underntanding of Christianty and that the personal benefits associated with the Christian faith provide an
inherent benefft to society. Through the ac(tptance of and IiviTUJ a Itfestyle in line with the teachings of the
Christian faith, many have been freed of bad habtts suth as alcoholism. criminal activities and family lives
improved. These beneffts are demonstrdted through asknng for regular feedback and evaluation of the charities
supp)rted using a variety of methods - verbal ¢onveT5ations and anecdotal obsepiations. People are invited to
Éfflbra￿ the Christian faith and any response is entirely voluntsry. We ty to ensu￿ no improper pressure is
applied. However as we do not have full control over the grant recipients there is atways this risL though it is rare
and the benefits Ou￿e1gh the harm.
Most large grants are paid direct to recognised charities and organisations and as such there should be no
private benefit. PayTnents to smaller loc￿ charities are much lower in value and would be considered incidental.
The main beneficiaries are people wortd-wide and channelled through UK tharities. The relief of those in need by
reason of youth, age. ill-health. disabilty, financtal hardship or other disadvantsge. The direct benefits which flow
from this purpose indude reduang soaal exdusion on account of poverty. improved health outcomes. reduced
levels of stress and financtal support through various prOgraMm￿CharitieS and organisations.
Benefft also accrues to members of the public by reason of the increased (apacity of the once needy person.
These benefits a￿ demonstrated through regular feedback and evaluation of the tharitses supported as well as

Achievements and perfommnce
Financial review
The Charity retumed net OLrtgoing resources ts the year of £80,535 (2021- nel wtgoing resour￿ of £34.402).
At 31st October 2022 Ihe total funds of the charity amounted to £827.424 (2021- £907.959). comprised 501ely of
general unrestricted funds.
The Trustees endeavour to maintain suffioent funds to ensure that the Charity wtil be able to continue with its
activitses and, in the evenl of a drop in income. give consideration to ways in which addliional funds may b8
raised.
An annual review is carried out looking at any risks to whiL* the Cha￿ty might be exposed. There are no
percerved rtsks as large grants are paid to rerx)gnksed diarities and organisations, whilst payments to smaller
local ¢haribes are lower in value and are considered incidental.
