RISK REVIEW
A revlew of major rlsks has been undertaken by the Trustees and systems and procedures implemented to

risks associated with the expectation of ongoing financial support from members. These risks are mitigated by
the Trustees, and the Congregational Committee, regularly monltoring the varlous activities of the con8regatlon
at stated meetings and by encouraging members in their regular giving and considered spending.
