Section 65 of the Charities Art; follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by

I have examlned your Charlty Accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and mv
ex•mlnation was carried out in accordance wlth the general Directlons given by the Charity
Commission for Northern Ireland under section 65{9llbl of the Charities Act. My examination
Included a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts
presented wlth those records. It also Induded consideration of any unusual Item5 or dlsdosures in
the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as Charity Trustees ¢oncernln8 any such matter5.
My role Is to State whether any materlal matters have come to my attentlon giving me cause to
belleve:
