Killeeshil Community Centre Association was established to promote and provide educational, cultural. $orial and
recreational needs lor the Killeeshil area and wider area.
The objective of the charity 18 10 8ddres8 the lack of accessible community facilitios and 80f4llC88 in tha araa through
the maintenance of an appropriate multi-purpose Gommunity farylity
The direct benefit ol the charity 18 providing a central location for the local community to come together and a8818ting
in the development of the Gommunity and wider community as a whole for present and future generation8 to enjoy.
This is pnmarily achieved by arranging drama. singing, dancing, job Club and oxero88 cl88885 all in the hopo that
sorial inclusion is promoted along with community volunteering. The A88ooation al80 promotes health and well-
being e g Open Door Club which promote8 social int8rvention for elderly people in the area.

Killeeshil Community Centre Associalion encourages feedback from all u8ers by using evaluations, suggestion box
initialive8, vMb6ite and soual media. Information meetings and ottendance al annual general meets'ngs are other
avenues used to encourage people to sit on the committee and partiapate in w0￿$hop$ ID the hope to gain an
insight to what the community ne•d8 are.
The charity beneffiaaries are the peoplo of Kill8e8hil and the wder area, and It8 •nviron• of Northem Ireland without
distinction of age, gender, disability, sexual onentation. nationality. ethnic identity, politscal or religious opinion, by
a88ocialing the statutory authoritie8. community and voluntsry organi8ation8 and the inhabitants in a common effort
to advance utiienship and community development, *ith the object to improve the condition8 of life for the said
inhabitant8

During the year ended 31 Oecember 2023, Killeeshil Community Centre produced a surplu3 01 £4,445 (2022
£2,611). At the end of the financial year the charity has assets of £61,397 (2022 _ £56,952) and liabilities of £0 (2022
£0) The net assels of the charity have increased by £4,445. It is the polioi of Killeeshil Community Centre to retain
a level to cover any unforeseen expenditure and allow the charity to continue in operats'on. The trustees do not
ftjresee any financial issues in the foreseeable fvture.

18 216 Dungannon Road, Dungannon, Co Tyrone. BT70 1TH, Northem Ireland whith is also the principal
place of business of the charity The finanrial statements have been presenled in Pound Sterling {£) which is
also the functional currency of the tharity.

accordance with the Statement of Recommended Practice {SORP) "Accounting and Reporting by Charities

Republic of Ireland FRS 102. applying S8Ction 1A of that Standard.
