As the chariVs trustees you are reswnsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance with the Charitles Act (Northern Ireland) 2LM)8.
It 15 my responsibility to:
examine the accounts under sertion 65 of the Charities Art
follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the
Commi55ion under section 6519llb) of the Charities Act
state whether partKular matters have come to rny attention.

I have examined your charlty accounts as requlred under section 65 of the
Charities Art and my examination was carr*d otst in accordar•ce with the
generol Directions 8iven by the Charity Commission for Northem Ireland under
section 6S{9llbl of the Charitie5 Act.
My examination included a review of the accounting records kept by the cl￿rity
and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It alx)
Included consideration of any unusual items or di5closure5 in the accounts. and
seeking explanations fvom you as charity trustees concernirv& any such
matters.

l. That accounting records were not kept in accordance with 5ect•oTr 63 of
the Charilies Act
2. That the accounts do not accord with those accounting records
3. That the accounts do not comply w•lh the accounting reqU1￿ments of the
Charitie5 Act
4. That there is further information needed for a proper understsnding of
the accounts to be reached.
