As the charity's trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the Charities Act
(Northern Irelandl 21)08.

Examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act
Follow the procedure5 laid down in the general Directions given by the Coinmission under section 6519llb} of the
Charities Act

I have examined your charity accounts are prepared under section 65 of the Charities Act and my examination wa5 cafTied
out iii accordaiice with the 8eneral Directions given by the Commission for Northern Ireland vnder section 6519llbl of the
Charities Act.
My examination Included a review of the accounting records kept by the charity ènd a comparison of the. accounts presented
with those records. It also included consideration of any unusual items 0¢ disclosures in the accounts. and seeking
explanations from you 05 Charity trustees concerning any such matters.
My role is to state whether any matefial matter5 have come to my attention Biving me cause to believe..
l. That accounting recofd5 were not kept in accordance with 5eciion 63 of the Charities Act
2. That the accounts do not accord with those accounting records
