## Thank You to Our Community 

This year, our PTA events were met with incredible enthusiasm and support from parents, carers, staff, and children. Your time, energy, and generosity have made a real difference to our school community. 

## Introduction 

## Introduction 

The Parent Teachers Association (PTA) is dedicated to supporting the school community by funding essential resources and organizing events that enhance the educational experience of our students. Our mission is to foster a collaborative environment between parents, teachers, and students to achieve common goals. 

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on the 26" of September, with 6 attendees. During the meeting, Ann George was elected as Chair, Carole Glass as Treasurer, and Donall Coey as Secretary. We began the year with a healthy balance of just under £2333.42. 

Throughout the year, we organized several fundraising events and secured the Enkalon grant which we used to purchase 6 new chrome books. 

## Events and Activities 

We were able to host a variety of fun and engaging events, including: 

- e School Discos 

- e Bingo Nights (for both grown-ups and children) 

- e The Summer Fair 

- e “Guess How Many Sweets”

- e Tuck Shops 

- e Christmas Movie Night 

- e Meet Santa

## What We Achieved Together 

With the funds raised, we’ve been able to: 

- e Purchase 6 new Chromebooks to support classroom learning 

- e Fund transport for school trips 

- e Host a fun-filled School Funday 

- e Bring in Christmas bouncy castles for festive celebrations 

- e Begin exploring options to replace the sound system in the school hall to improve future performances and events 

- e New school football kits 

## Community Involvement 

The PTA has actively engaged with the school community, forming partnerships and securing funding to support various initiatives. We have purchased chromebooks, funded buses for KS1 and KS2 trips, and contributed towards new transfer test resources. 

## Future Plans 

Looking ahead, the PTA aims to continue supporting the school by organizing more fundraising events and seeking additional grants. Our focus will remain on enhancing the educational resources and experiences for all students. “Door Gor — GCorlbett Vara ae Donall Coey Gemma Corbett Ann George
