Th¢ AGM for Crumlin Integrated Primary School, s Parent Teacher Association took place on 21, September 2023 at 6:00pm. It was attended by & lnixthre of approximately l O:'parents and staff of the school. Parenlsltcachers were elected to several posts in line with our constitution. Corbett A financial update was provided by the treasurer. The finances of the PTA are very healthy with a balance of £33 37.48, It was agreed that the bank balance should have a baseline of £500. A review of the previous year events was given by D, Coey, with two main events detailed, which were a Quiz night and the Summer Fair. The meeting discussed upcoming events and pL￿]ned fundraising activities for this year were highligbtcd and the support nccds in terms of adult assistancc at events communicated.

The PTA met periodically throughout the year to plan and evaluate their events. The PTA has had regard to the public beiiefit requirement statutory guidance and endeavoured to be of help to the wider scbool community as far as possible through their events and overall contribution to society through its contacts with the children, parents, and relatives. The PTA has been able to support die education of the pupils through creating a sense of belonging to the school community atnongst both parents and pupils, providing resources for the pupils such as 'Nurture Nooks, for Cach classroom. The pupils, staff and parents have benefitt¢d as a direct result of the various initiatives undertalien, some examples include Christmas selection boxes, Easter eggs, P7 Share Centre Bus, Quiz Night, Raffles, and a Summer Fair. The PTA'S financial accounts are included in a separate, detailed financial monitoring report, they were audited and reflect the following: l Apr 2022-31 Aug 2023 Available funds at l Apr 22 £2,194,51 Income £4,340.63 Expenditure Balance at 31 Aug 23 £3,159.66 £3,375.48 There were no PTA debts, nor were there any fl￿dS that werc materially in deficit at the end of the year.
