The tharity holds regular meetings and sub-committee meetings throughout the year. Su
committees are often formed to work on speafic activitieslevent5 and report back to the full
Committee. The PTA works closely with the sthool and meetings are attended by the Principal and
Staff Mernbefs.
The Trustees have a duty to Identlfy and review the risks to which the charity is exposed and to
ensure appropriate controls are in place to provide reasonable assurance against fraud and error.
The Trustees continue to review the prinupal areas of the char￿S operations in order to identify
risks that could affect day to day operations of the charity. In the opinion of the trustees the
charlty has established resources and review systems which. under nomial conditions. should
allow these ris￿ to be mitigated to an acceptable level in its daY-l￿daY operations.
Statement of Purpose:
The objective of the tharity is to advance the education of the pupils enrolled at the 5th001.
