Our purposes and objectlves are to Improve community infrastructure In the Sunnylands and
Woodbum estate and to develop projects that seeks to build capacity in the local community
specifically amon8 young people, older people and those who are generally disadvantaged.
We seek to develop a range of inftlatlves that specifically target health and wellbeing in the
local community and improve and encoura8e the use of green spaces in the Sunnylands &
Woodburn area.

We started off the year wlth £141.57 In the bank. Durlng this financial year we were unable to
secure any fundin8. The only payments made dur1￿ the year was bank fees totslllng £30. Leavlng us

I have carried out an independent examination of the accounts of Sunnylands & Woodburn
Community Development Group forthe year ended 30 January 2023.

accordance wlth the Charltles Act (Nl) 2008.
It Is my responsibillty to:
examlne the accounts under sectlon 65 of the Charltles Act
to follow the procedures lald down In the 8eneral dlrertlons 8lven by the Charlty
Commlsslon under sertlon 65 (9){b) of the Charitles Act

an examlnation was carried out In accordance wtth the general dlrectlons 8lven by the
Charlty Commisslon Nl under sertlon 65 (9){b) of the Charlties Act.
The examlnatlon Included a revlew of the accountin8 records kept by the charlty and a
comparlson of the accounts presented wlth those records. It also Induded consideration of
any unusual Items or dlsclosures In the accounts and seekin8 explanatlons from you as
